Resident Evil remake escape music - "Minimum Safe Distance" with alarm voice

Replaces the escape music with the countdown track "Minimum Safe Distance" from Biohazard / Resident Evil (2002), with alarm voice. Works for L4D1 and L4D2 maps.

Now has the alarm voice play without music at the start of the finale (to do this I had to rip from a gameplay video, as the alarm in game doesn't have the background noise the first time it speaks like it does in the OST, or at least the quality of the video I used was able to hide that)
