adds then new scar model from the last stand update onto Lt. Rocky's l4d1 animations

Massive thanks to ihcorochris for helping with rigging the model to the other skeleton

the reload will end before the gun is fully reloaded on official servers, on local servers this is fine

hey man csn you fix the reload animation problem? is not the same speed

If there is one thing i know about the E3 weapons, if you look at the old footage with the survivors holding weapons (3rd person), you can see that the world models for them used to be much bigger/gigantic! But since this is just a re-animation for the SCAR, not surprised that it's not included. I really do like this though Rise! :)
