Efficient Large Hydrogen Engine [8 hours]

This increases the efficiency of the Large Hydrogen Engine to 0.288 (from .005) so that it should last around 8 hours on a full internal tank under max load.

As the generator is maxed at 5MW, it still won't be as efficient as a Nuclear power plant, but at least you can begin to run your base off hydrogen power without mining ice every few minutes.

Note: I increased this to 8 hours, as its still 50k liters of hydrogen, which is a huge volume .
