A modified version of Swept's suppression effects on the workshop. Mostly uploaded for when I play with friends, but go ahead and download it or whatever. Full credit to Swept. If the original creator wants me to take it down, then I'll gladly take it down.

a:i changed like one line of code so that it uses toytown to blur the edges of your screen instead of sharpening like the original addon. That's it. That's all I changed.

again, full credit to swep for the actual addon. i did absolutely nothing but change a single line of code to change the effect.
if there's any lua error that shows up, go post it in the comments and i'll attempt to understand what happened with my very basic coding knowledge.


issues:
conflicts with mods that also use toytown shaders, dont know how to get around it as of yet.
