how would i use this to change sounds (ie monster_taunt.wav and the likes)? i've built and put the .bank file in my mod folder but it crashes the game on opening am i like stupid or what

Not sure why this isn't obvious, but this is a mod designed for mod developers, and it's required to be used in any mod that has custom music and sound effects. If you're familiar with the concept of modding the game files, you'll likely know what to do with this item.
