The real thing is a historic home next to a church in Monheim's old town, but it could just as well be a lot of things, namely all sorts of places to fill your stomach, from a pub to a restaurant to an inn to a little hotel. Hence this is available as a residential and leisure commercial growable. Just add the signage of your choice to the latter and the place set to go!

I’d like to ask if I could change your asset into a Hotels and Retreats DLC hotel?
Obviously, with references to your original creation (same way as here , here , here , and here ) or even as adding you as the co-author (which is a bit misleading as it should be the other way around ;))
