Better Name Lists

Changed Around Namelists for UK, USA, and Germany (USSR, France, and Italy coming soon)

Germany
- Got rid of the totally wack naming system that's "Historical"
- Now every division 1-305 (can add more if requested) will keep its number when upgrading from Infantry to grenadier and such
- Infantry now can use infantry, grenadier, volksgrenadier, sturm, panzergrenadier, and jager titles which all share the same number list so their numbers will carry when upgraded
-Added more Panzer divisions along with historical named divisions at the end so you dont end up with a bunch of panzer divisions that are all ridiculously high numbered
-Now Germany's division names are not a complete cluster

USA
-Again paradox did the same stupid thing of making only certain division numbers carry over to MOT and MEC so I changed it and added all the names to all INF MOT and MEC lists so now they can interchange (more for AI tbh)
-Added names to some of the unnamed infantry divisions

UK
-Minor tweaks (UK namelist is pretty solid right now)
