No additional comments for this one, this cloak has made me officially hate trying to rig for TF2. It also made me discover a pretty nasty glitch with the Workshop Importer and checking out LOD2, because apparently the importer QC doesn't like handling bone reduction for the rigs. Hopefully this is just a visual glitch from the importer and not how it'll turn out in-game...
