A small French park with a pavillion (Belvedere) on raised, concrete retaining walls
Made possible with the beautiful Belvedere asset is by Gèze

You will need the mod Not So Unique Buildings, if you want to place more than one

You have to enable Fine Road Anarchy because of the steep footath slopes


Construction cost : 3000 Maintenance cost : 100 Low wealth tourists : 35 Medium wealth tourists : 50 High wealth tourists : 75 Entertainment accumulation : 95 Entertainment radius : 405 Size : 4x4

Loading Screen Mod says this asset failed - meaning the park failed not an asset on the park. I have all the extra assets needed for this park installed.
