This futuristic scientific outpost building features a rugged green look, two meter tall stilts that keep it up off the ground, making it perfect for any sci-fi frontier build. You can find a four part tutorial series, showing step by step how this asset was made on the official Cities: Skylines YouTube page, and you can also find it in episode 1 of the Skylines Invicta YouTube series by Citywokcitywall and Skibitth.

Functions in the game as a small park, but can be converted to an industrial building or office building using the Ploppable RICO Revisited Mod. Can also work well when connected to a pedestrian path using the Parkify Mod.
