Personal 3D Waypoint

U don't even know how many of us out here try to find a way to make personal waypoints more visible, I finally found the mod for it, thanks!

hellos~ i'd love it if there was a way to turn off the circle above the arrow. that way if you use it with the default waypoint you can still see the distance. i don't know how to code but love this mod so far. i understand if that's not something you plan to do :3 thank you for taking the time to make this in the first place.

Right, but that's the point, I suppose it would be possible to do something like subtle transparency if it's not in line of sight to make it a little more clear I agree but I'm definitely not adding exact range information as I mentioned already that is intentional.

Feel free to edit the mod and change it. I mostly based it off another mod, and I don't really have the knowledge or desire to change it much at the moment.

The group I play with doesn't allow that feature. I use this mod in conjunction with the project reality mod where their navigation information is not modeled. In this mod, I cannot tell if the waypoint marker is on one mountain range or 2 mountain ranges behind it because you can see the marker from anywhere with no range information. I'm sure my situation is a little more unique but still.

I guess you could, but the whole reason I made this mod was to have an in game 3D waypoint without the distance marker. If you want one with a distance, simply use the in game one by pressing shift+left click and making sure the "show waypoints" difficulty option is set to "fade out" or "show"

is there a way to add distance that appears with the waypoint?
