This content is not launched from the game. It appears as an option in the game's menu, but nothing happens if you launch it from there. To use the set of tools, you need to go directly to the workshop file download folder on Steam-Games and run the dev tool programs. You will probably find it in a location like "Steam-Games\steamapps\workshop\content\953490\2258772789". Creating a custom stage requires some knowledge of scripting. how do use it

yo FiveGuysBurger&Fries if u want cheats just use wemod it is a trainer for only single player games. if u want like dev only stuff i cannot help you any further

aw man. I read that readme and one, not really explaining how to use this, and two. no cheats. somebody needs to make a cheats mod.

It's unfortunate that coding skill is required to do anything. But I'm glad a few people were able to put some good mods out.
