Wight - Cruiser / Gunship, T2, 5 Gun, 1000 tiles (default ship size limit)

Built for close-in gun battles, this cruiser is best placed above or below an opponent, where its thick armour and 5-gun broadside can really shine. Although configured for Railguns, missile launchers can be swapped in easily. Not recommended for lasers due to power constraints.

Each railgun emplacement has a separate ammunition feed for resilience in battle, and the stock T2 batteries are placed well away from the weapons allowing the cruiser to stay in the fight even after sustaining combat damage. Heavy core armour buys time to jump clear and save the ship if the fight is lost.

Fully exhausts the 1000 tile default size limit.
