San Francisco Apartments 1

These are super generic medium detailed San Francisco apartment buildings. A lack of ornaments makes them typical for the mid 20th century, with their bay window being a centerpiece of San Francisco architecture.

This pack includes 4 versions: a generic wall-to-wall building, one that is twice as wide and two corner versions.

Every variation uses the same base texture. This has the advantage that all textures are connected with Loading Screen Mod, effectively cutting down the file size roughly to 2MB.

Probably, these are quite useless for most people as single buildings, since there are few other SF style assets on the workshop and they work best with very similar other buildings. Fortunately, there are more SF buildings on the way. :)

All buildings are ordinary growables of a level that I forgot (something between 1 and 3). No RICO definition, you can simply add it yourself. There is a guide for that.
