描述
Adds a conjuration spell to the game that summons a health potion. The strength of the created potion scales with your restoration skill.

The spell tome isn't vended and can be found in the temple of mara

I just realized you asked where IN the temple of mara, not where IS the temple of mara. My bad. It's on a bookshelf to the left of the altar and statue you see as you walk in
