描述
Play through the main campaign again but with all abilities available from the start!

(Getting this to work was surprisingly frustrating)

You can give/remove biomass at will:
Open the console with the tilde key
type in "set_setting debug_hotkeys_enabled 1"
Then press PageUp or PageDown to add/remove mass from your body

try switching to the english keyboard layout, also for the comment below: you have all abilities from the start but they are each only accessible in a specific "stage"

@Plasmaace Your numpad numbers 3 and 9 should replace page up and page down
