You may be able to open this edit in Edit Mode and save it as a new edit, other than that, nothing else can be done because of the way the game handles subscribed parts.

@mr_jperez615: I just realized that I had the tank top set to private. Make sure you're subscribed to everything linked in required items. The tank top should now be visible.
