O2Jam Default FHD

This is my FHD redraw of the (first?) default O2Jam skin.
Artifacts in the thumbnail and outdated video do not completely represent the current state of the skin.

Some design features from the original have been changed, to preserve simple configuration without misaligned textures. As such, you may find this version looks a little weird, or downright boring. This was done to make the skin have a wider reach, as there's no one size fits all configuration.

Default hitpos+receptoroffset should be a very close match to O2Jam.

If notes are too thick/thin, change WidthForNoteHeightScale.

For extras, just find the relevant extra folders and replace images.

• Notes made by Ecafree2, ported to Quaver by Haprapra.
  
• Hitlighting: taken from O2Mania emulator, ported by me.

Known issues:

• Notes under judgeline, game limitation.
  
• No FPS control for HP, game limitation.

To-do:

• Better column lighting.
  
• Update extras image on steam workshop
