Restores the cut Left 4 Dead 1 maps to the default map list made by TurtleRockStudios

This is mostly my edited version of the map for my server, so full credit goes to the original owners for reconstruction of the map! The map has also been modified to be included on the official maps list! Right next to Blood Harvest and Dead Air.

In my opinion, this should be the official final map to Left 4 Dead 2...
