Mediterranean Urba Pack 1

描述
A pack of spanish inspired mediterranean semi-detached houses.

It has been designed as a modular set that can be placed as an urbanization surrounding a private communal garden pool (in the images I use Pirazel's Rectangular Pool: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1535390087 ) and other types of entertainment.

The pack contains:

A Corner House (corner) Size: 3x3

A semi-detached house (right) Size: 1x2

A symmetric semi-detached house (left) Size 1x2


All buildings have their own custom LODs and Illumination maps. They all share the same textures, so you can reduce PC usage with the Loading Screen Mod: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=667342976&searchtext=loading+screen

@alfquimista Para poder construirlos sin que te desaparezcan te recomiendo suscribirte a PLOPPABLE RICO REVISITED mod que te ayuda a convertir tus edificios en especies de props con categoría (residencial, comercial,etc.)

Me he descargado tu conjunto de construcciones mediterraneas y cuando las pongo a mano, se construyen, pero una vez finalizadas, desaparecen y queda el solar. Necesto instalar algo más?

Oh yes, there was a little mistake! It was missing a space between pool: and the link.

Gracias! Estoy intentando hacer edificios para poder hacer ciudades mas españolas o europeas del mediterraneo. Es algo que creo que hace falta en el workshop.

Si, tengo planeados varios edificios de "High Residential" que siguen esa estética genérica de la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Pero creo que tardaré un tiempo en publicarlos. Por ahora solo tengo modelado uno! XD pero ahí vamos...

Lo siguiente será un pequeño pack de "low residential" con varias tiendecitas, bares y restaurantes españoles... nada especial, pero me está costando mas de lo esperado! hahahah pero espero poder publicarlo pronto y poder centrarme en los edificios mas grandecitos.

Ya iremos viendo... Que luego me distraigo y me hago un castilo! hahahhaa

I'm planning on releasing a commercial pack soon of spanish stores, bars and restaurants. just 8 buildings, nothing too serious, but its taking more time than expected. After that, I'm focusing on the high residential buildings. I want to make a diverse pack, because there don't seem to be many Mediterranean high residential buildings in the workshop.

I'm also trying to learn how to make roads and networks, because I want to make some spanish mediterranean styled roads... I have been struggling to find any roads in the workshop that fit these particular kind of roads.

But I still have a lot to learn before that.
