Swamp Turtle Enhancement

This mod was requested by WEREWOLF. It increases the combat skills and hp by double. It also adds an Alpha Swamp Turtle which has even higher skills and hp. And it adds a new larger herd of swamp turtles with the alpha in it. And it adds more spawning locations for the the alpha and non-alpha turtles. Turtles will now spawn in The Swamp, Shem, South Wetlands, Vain, The Hook, and The Unwanted Zone. The alphas are aggressive and will attack enemies and neutrals on sight. The others in the same herd as the alpha will only join the attack once it is started. The herds without an alpha remain as docile as they were before but will prove to be a harder target to take down if you decide to attack them.
