描述
makes it so that all 4 gascans have rng so everytime you play dead center the passing scavenge (hardrain) or even just pick up a normal gascan it will have a chance to have 1 of the 4 skins in the game


Now includes the gascans on hard rain

works for me, that randomise all the time

It does randomise, but really rarely happens, as well as for your other RNG mods.
