BIND WARNING: This mod will bind to your character but can be undone without any consequences from what I can tell.

Just a personal mod I made and decided to make public for people to use. I did use mods from others but I feel that stat tweaks don't really belong to anyone. Speaking of that: you're free to unpack and edit this mod or use parts of these tweaks in your own pack.

Mods used while creating this mod:
Remove Enemy Criticals by Trillin
Chaos Burst Builds Charge by Korgran (Added charge building for Shadowshot and Blast Cannon)
No Annoying Cooldown by ZzangGame (Readded the cooldowns for skills meant to have them, removed buff to Ravage so it lasts longer, adjusted Shock Orbs to be as fast as the vanilla cooldown without Faster Cast-Rate, adjusted Frost Phase's speed to match that of a Sorceress Teleport without Faster Cast-Rate.)
No Fumble by Zero3

All player summons, pets and pet transformations now have 360 sight radius and range, this should make them a lot more aggressive and less likely for enemies to target you initially.
All monsters summoned by skills and spells last for an hour at minimum, lessening the need to resummon aside from map changes or simply when they fall in combat.
Any bonuses that increase summon duration have been changed to a new benefit
The Astral Ally now gets an 8%, 12%, and 16% damage and armor bonus at each respective tier
Death Ritual now increases armor by the same percentage as damage.
All enemy damage reduced by 25% while all armor increased by 25% on all difficulties. Should make combat a bit longer and more satisfying. I don't like the fact that endgame combat is just "who reacts first" because either you get sweeped or you sweep them. The inspiration came from Mr. LlamaSC's Barbarian playthrough of Diablo II where the combat is a bit slower and he praised the idea of it not always nuking rooms of enemies (though I don't want combat to be *that* slow).
All spells have the same cooldown as players when taught to pets, I've seen my pets nearly deplete their mana now.

Roach Myrmidons are no longer untargetable when hovering
Reduced the damage from Dwarven Battle Turrets (Rocket Attack)
Reduced the damage from the spike floor traps in vaults, should reduce the frustration of them in the Luminous Arena.

Skill Changes
Chain Snare DPS % reduced down to a maximum of 50% at rank 15, I think a stun ability shouldn't be that powerful.
Fixed an error in Storm Hatchet's charge contribution at rank 15%, it should be 0.095 *not* 0.95
Wolfpack's DPS % reduced down to 50% at rank 15, again, a bit *too* on the crazy side.
All Buffing skills now have a 1 second cooldown, allowing you to refresh them when needed.
Most Buffing skills now last one minute.
Glacial Shatter geysers now explode faster
Infernal Collapse explodes faster.

I was afraid that I might get called out for upsetting the "intended" balance of the game but I guess mods exist for things like balance adjustments.
