Simple Soundbrowser Redux

描述
A simple in-game gui that lets you play music or sounds from your gmod directory in .wav, mp3 or .ogg format.
SoundMenu_Open in console to bring it up.

Not mine i just gave it a slick design and added a pitch slider along with an admin button.
