For correct addon work:

1.Download this archive
Download Link[drive.google.com]

2. You must extract the files from the downloaded rar with 7zip or winrar in that directory: C:\...\Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2

Thats important to make it, because backgrounds doesn't working through workshop
