Fix for Frog Webber

(I DO NOT TAKE CREDIT FOR THIS MOD. THIS IS A REUPLOAD AS THE OLD VERSION NO LONGER WORKS.)

The Original Version was done by KleiFish, which sadly hasn't been updated since 2015. As a result, the old mod no longer works and crashes upon using. All of the code that was fixed was provided via the help of Hornet.
