Zolton's Tweaks - Stronger Swordsmen

Slightly increases the usefulness and strength of the swordsman.

Unfortunately, swordsmen rarely get to shine in combat as they did when the game was first released. A combination of the "Iron Working" tech being expensive and out of the way of efficient tech progress, and the "Civil Sevice" tech, which unlocks Pikemen, being more ideal due to the other techs it unlocks, causes swordsmen not to be used. After all, Pikemen are stronger and do not cost iron, so why spend the time researching Swordsmen?

Add to the fact that ranged units reign supreme in the game, and you have very little reason as a player to train swordsmen.

This mod aims to fix that in two ways. First, the "Iron Working" tech is reduced in cost to the same amount as "Construction", "Mathematics", and "Horseback Riding". This drastically reduces the research time, making swordsmen much more appealing as an early game unit. Secondly, the Swordsmen unit (along with Roman Legions and Kris Swordsmen) get a "Cover" promotion. This will help them stay relevant against Composite Bowmen. After all, these units are carrying shields, so an innate cover promotion makes sense. The promotion is lost upon upgrading, to prevent later units from inheriting this promotion and becoming too strong.

Note: The Mohawk Warrior does not get "Cover", but instead gets "Woodsman". I felt that this was more thematically appropriate and plays into the Iroquois playstyle better.
