Greater Vancouver & Fraser Valley, British Columbia, Canada; from Horseshoe Bay and Tsawwassen to Chilliwack and Harrison Hot Springs. Lots of closely-spaced suburbs to allow the cities to grow together into a metropolis. Terrain data dapted from GeoGratis data, but with rivers mostly hand-drawn since they did not come through well. Fraser River is navigable all the way across the map.

"Megalomaniac" preset, 3:1 aspect ratio, and a ridiculous number of trees on the North Shore mountains means this map uses 6.5GB of RAM just loading it in 1850, it may crush your system in later years.

I may revisit it later with better-placed industries and initial city street layout.
