Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Eagle PMs, NPCs, and Ragdolls Pack

A lot of development issues while porting these over. There now here in a pretty good state, but they aren't perfect. There currently is a known issue when driving SCars where the camera is inside the PM's body and I'm unsure if I can fix it.

• Bodygroups to manipulate their faces.
  
• Re-rigged models that work as playermodels.
  
• Jigglebones for the tail on the playermodels.
  
• Custom viewmodels.
  
• Custom sitting animations.
  
• Friendly and Hostile NPCs.
