tape voiceover by Chyrosran22 (Thomas Ran)

You may need to increase the voice volume in-game a bit. The game plays tape files at very low volume, and I boosted the volume of the audio files as much as I could without maxing it out too much. Hope you enjoy! :)

Many thanks to Brian Lindenhof (@TheShadowBrain) for patiently helping me with building the mod files!

The mod doesn't seem to work. It doesn't even appear in the mod ui.
