Removes "fullness". Eat all the things without exploding!
Doesn't remove negative/positive effects from actually eating stuff, just the satiation mechanic.

Note: This mod was created before the Eat Your Vegetables perk was introduced. I've decided to leave things as-is; this mod essentially always keeps your satiation at 0%, and while I explored removing the "cap" on satiation, that was extremely broken with this perk. Noita is already full of poor perk combinations and other decisions. I would highly advise not taking Eat Your Vegetables when this mod is enabled.
