Playable V-Hen

Originally made for the Memories Modding Jam, this mod adds V-Hen from the popular mod
Concert Crashing and others as a playable character.

Still a bit of a WIP but progress is going well enough

Current Version 1.1
Dye Support, V-Hen is now dyeable. Sockets adjusted to match the head although most of the mask flairs will need to be adjusted this should be live in the next update, section groups have been added for the heart boppers, feather rigging tweak, etc.
