Plastic-Fuel-Coolant Refinery

For all perverts who, like me, play on smaller sizes - here's oil/water refinery, just below 4k cells.

• Imports: water and oil.
  
• Exports: plastic, fuel and coolant.
  
• Machines: 24 fabricators for plastic, 24 refineries for fuel, 24 refineries for coolant.
  
• Cost: 55128 EC.
  
• Made with ease of construction in mind, uses nothing but iron.

The idea was to have a central hub for oil, so i don't have to split it to separate plastic and fuel stations. Added coolant later on, since bp was well above 2k cells, but lower than 4k cells.
