Really like the weapon itself this is just constructive critic.
Instead of try to make a whip, redesign it as a long thin sword with attached shurikens and a weapon reach not longer then 40.
Your idea is practical ahead of the Games possibilitys.
It looks very strange to attack with it in Kenshi.

I was datamining and found out that this weapon has length of 150. I'm eager to try how game is going to react to SUCH a long weapon. For example - vanilla fragment axe has length of 32.
