Uses a fully functional hybrid sight!

IMPORTANT : There is currently an RF limitation that makes the draw animation with the magnifier up look glitchy

This was very fun to make as it opens up quite a number of possibilities

There will be a seperate pack that has the usual vanilla+ set up and maybe animations in my own style that i envisioned before this one so i recommend using both in the future~
