103 Series Max's Fix

This mod localized masubo's JNR 103 Series mod and altered the vehicle's stat into a more realistic value.

In this fix, the power setting of each cars are no longer the same, with motor cars (M, M', Mc) power adjusted from 800kw to 440kw per car, and trailers (T, Tc) stripped of their power. The price and cost of the vehicles will be adjusted accordingly by the game, as usual.

Please note that with the change, when piecing the EMU on your own, the motor cars will always be plopped on the front of each train if a cab trailer is chosen at the front.

Also, thanks to the game’s stupid categorization method, the non powered trailer does not show under multiple unit tab in the depot menu; they are placed in the passenger wagon section instead. Use All tab to view the entire selection of cars in the same group.

UPDATE:
October 1, 2020: Optimized the grouping of trailers so they also show up on the Multiple Unit tab. Also added the designations for each type of cars commonly used in Japanese railways.
October 3, 2020: If you're wondering why the train is acting like a grandpa, I'm probably the one to blame. Didn't know how did I take so long to notice this, but the motor cars for some reason got mixed up with the trailers and rendered them powerless, that's been fixed. Also drastically reduced the weight of each cars from 96 tons to 42 tons for motor cars and 36 tons for trailers.
