You think the vanilla camera is great, but always wanted a lower tilt angle? And you can't use the other camera mods so well. Then this camera mod is just right for you. The lowest tilt angle and also maximum zoom will be adjustable in a generous range. And you can always reset it to vanilla. Control remains the same. Use the cam rotate (drag) hotkey.

In Mod Settings:
Enable more Zoom In: with the value below, better let disabled for illusion
Minimum Zoom In: Value: vanilla 25, preset 15, min 5, max 25
Maximum Zoom Out: Value: vanilla 1000, preset 1500, min 1000, max 6000
Minimum Tilt: Value: vanilla 45°, preset 37°, min 14° (1/4), max 89°
Auto-Adjust farClipPlane (when Tilt is smaller as 30°), adjust the clipping of far area with correct value. Actually only really visible at tilt below 20°

Usage:
It is still the vanilla camera but with extended constraints. This means the controls are the same. Look into Settings Controls for Camera Dragging: Pan & Rotate. I recommend to set Pan Camera to "Middle Mouse Button" and Rotate Camera to "None". Because with default Alt+ you can switch to Rotate Camera. It is that easy :)
Tip: When you press M (Mapview) two times you can always get easily the 45° Tilt.

Note: Min Tilt angles lower as 30° could decrease Performance, because you see more of the Scene. Enable Auto-Adjust farClipPlane for lower angles could affect the performance more of course. Only enable Auto-Adjust farClipPlane when you wanna play with very low angle and have clipping at higher Zoom or in far area.

If the value of min. Zoom In is too low, camera dives into the terrain, especially with hills and very low tilt.

Known Issue: The bigger the tilt angle difference, the more it can be that the zoom jumps weirdly. Unfortunately a bug in the UpdateZoom method of the Game Code. Worst Case lowest tilt and high terrain.
This mod here uses the vanilla camera and patches a few parameters. So idk if I can correct this some day.
