No waiting for free space when selling

When running sell command ships will now behave differently.

After selling if they have actually sold anything and still have goods to sell, they will finish order instead of waiting.

Side effect of this is that ships may service only one station before moving on.
For Example: If you have stations needing: 200 Oil and 150 Oil respectively, your ship will only sell to the one needing 200 Oil and then move on.

You can circumvent this behaviour, by scheduling more sell orders.
Thus, with our 200 and 150 needs stations, your ship having say 500 oil, will sell 200 oil to the first station on first order and move on to the next order, now with stations having 0 or close to 0 and 150+ demands, so it will service the second one and then move on with 150 or a bit less (if second station used some oil while ship serviced the first one) still in cargo hold.

Additionally:

Tweaked selling algorithm to target stations in this order:
Highest Price > Highest Free Stock > Everything else

Instead of vanilla:
Highest Price > Highest Stock > Everything else
(Which seems like a bug or missed sign change anyway)

** The message in status window is now "[Good name] could not be sold in full." but you probably won't see it appear, because "looking for merchant" one will replace it almost immediately


This mod is probably incompatible with anything that touches "sell goods" ai command.
