This mod increases the population limit on ground maps to 26 and doubled (50) on space battles.

As I have got many messages about this: I am pretty sure this mod will not work with mods that add new factions. It may be possible by starting the mods in the right order but I can't guarantee this and have not tested this. If it works it will also most likely only increase the limit for the 3 default factions.
