German censored death sounds (RA)

This mod adds the German censored death sounds into the game, for all languages.

The original German version of Red Alert had all infantry replaced by "androids". When they died, they bled black oil and made a robotic shutdown noise, and when a vehicle crushed them, it sounded like a tin can getting crushed. Since German legislation has loosened up since then, the Remaster removed all that censorship. This mod allows you to re-enable those sounds.
