描述
Fixes university education trigger. The vanilla trigger for giving your ward an university education required you to have all types of universities in a single province. I changed it so one type of university is enough, as it is not actually possible to build them all in one place.

Credit to Arumba07 and his chat, who participated in debugging this. Arumba also made a slightly more comprehensive mod, but I don't think it's on the workshop.

The bug was fixed in 1.2 so its obsolete

This should no longer be needed with CK3 1.2. Haven't tested myself though

Yep, there are universities in vanilla. It's indeed unrelated to COW2. It's only in a few specific historical provinces like Toledo, Siena, Cairo, Pataliputra and so on. There’s a Found University decision which adds a special building slot for the universities.

It's possible to fix that too, so that the Offer Ward and Offer Guardianship actions will also give the university effect when the host is the holder of a university holding.

I did it in my personal mod and it seemed to work when I looked in the save game to look after the flag. I did it by adding the university trigger in the on_accept clause exactly like in the Educate Child action without altering the scopes. You can also increase the amount of years from 11 to 17 so that the studying_at_university flag doesn't expire if you set a guardian before the child is 6. The studying_at_university flag should always be cleared anyway when the child comes of age.

@kurthakon yes, that's correct. The ward needs to be in your court, and I think you need to personally hold the university holding.

Great job on fixing this.

Looking at the code in question, the studying_at_university flag is apparently only ever set when you use the Educate Child action for children in your own court. It is not set when you use the Offer Ward or the Offer Guardianship actions, which means it’s impossible to get the university education effect unless you have the children in your court (and are the holder of the university barony?).
