Between the Earth-Shaker and the Mighty One, there was the Noble Accountant. Yet despite this humble name, Tupac Yupanqui was not to be trifled with. Before his ascension, Yupanqui led his father's forces to victory in the north, then boldly embarked into the Pacific in search of new lands once he had become Sapa Inca. Under Tupac Yupanqui, the Incan Empire's position as the superpower of the South American continent became firmly cemented for generations to follow.

I think pachacuti was still a better leader than his son, even if his son expanded more.

Cool, I'll have to read more about that. I gotta say, of all the 10th anniversary civs, this and Brazil are my favorites for having a central theme, (this I guess being distance from the capital and coastlines, Brazil's being espionage) instead of a random assortment of bonuses.

It's based off the Totora rafts used by the Inca and translates as Boat Guide - we chose it to represent the leader's fabled exploration of the Pacific
