It's Ken from SF3.

This has been sitting in my hard drive for a few months, but I decided to finally finish and upload it.

Most of his moves have low startup and endlag, but still more than Ryu. However, attacks cancel on hit, allowing for combos about as strong as Ryu's combos, allowing for early kills. He has no airdodge or walljump, but his up special covers a large distance, so he's better offstage than Ryu was. He also has Terry Bogard's Power Dunk as a down special, because why not.

Most sprites are taken from SF3 third strike, although i have used sprites from SF2 when i couldn't find an acceptable sprite from SF3, such as hadoken

why does ken turn into ryu if someone parries an attack?

Dunno why he has a power dunk but he's fun as hell, he's OP as hell though so be warned

well this fighter is playable, but if your looking for someone with in scale with games character sprites, you won't find it here.

Plus the character plays weird too. No mutiple button combo presses, and some attack don't conect right. Its not a complete bad download if your into street fighter, but maybe find something better.
