A helper for mod developers. If you are a gamer, use at your own risk.

Features:

# All windows that have EditWindow as base will remember their position and visibility

# All logging goes to (in that order of availability)
- a remote log server (Check out the VScode extension by me called "Remote Log Server")
- a newly opened Notepad window
- the harmony.log.txt debug log on your desktop

# Sets a few RimWorld settings that you probably want while developing/debugging mods like not generating auto saves

# Suppresses no-steam dialog

If you are a developer, please feel free to add any PRs to this mod. I promise, if its not totally weird I will pull it and create a new steam version as soon as possible.
