You get: Rage Enforcer ragdoll, playermodel, and if you really want to, you can use the model manipulator to make it an NPC.
Credits to:
iD, for making RAGE
Dragbody, for ripping the model
And moi, for rigging, and setting up physics.
Also, it's got tinted phong!

Guys, this addon has been long obsolete in case you're not aware of it. Someone used this as a base and fixed much of its issues:

With the weapons like suitehands from sligwolf the model goes into T pose. Fix please? :)
