eCITARO - RET repaint

So far, only electric buses from the manufacturer VDL have been operating in Rotterdam. This repaint of the eCitaro is fictional but would fit very well into the cityscape of Rotterdam. Like the original, this bus will be available from 2019.

If you have activated the CAPI 2 and the line destination patcher, the respective specified final stop is displayed, otherwise the next stop.

This repaint supports the line destination of Common Api 2

Version 1.0:

- optimized bus display
- correction front blink lights
- add vehicle name display ( shows only the number)
- add own sounds
