描述
Builder production cost increased with each tech/civic learned and not with each produced unit.

This mod changes Builder unit production cost progression model so the Builder units will cost more with each tech/civic learned (in vanilla game Builder cost increased with each Builder unit produced).

The maximum cost is x4 of the base cost achieved when all techs and civics are learned.

This makes Builder cost slightly more compared to the Trader unit cost because the Trader unit has the same cost progression model but a slightly lower base price.

Thank you! Can you make a mod to make the production cost of other things (district and other units) also increase with tech/civic learning?

Thanks, it never made sense for me to base the cost off of how many you've already produced when each new builder will be getting the same training based on what technologies have been discovered.
