[TTT] Among Us Randomat

描述
Important Note

  • There is a chance that this Randomat wont work properly when just subscribed to (i.e. the HUD for the vote wont appear when a body is searched.
  • If this happens:

  • Go to you garrysmod addons folder and decompile bot this addon and the randomat 2.0 addon using gmad.exe.
  • Move the newau.lua file from this addon to ttt_randomat_2.0_1406495040\lua\randomat2\events
  • Move the cl_newau.lua file from this addon to ttt_randomat_2.0_1406495040\lua\randomat2\cl_events
  • Any issues should now be fixed

    How It Works

  • This is an extra event for https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1406495040
  • When the Randomat is used there is a chance that this event will be activated.
  • The event basically turns the round into a game of Among Us, where everyone is given the Among Us skin, everyone is deafened, the innocents are stripped of weapons and the traitors are given a knife every 30 seconds (to mimic the kill cool down time of the actual game)
  • When an innocent has been killed and another player identifies the body, a vote will start. After 30 seconds the player with the most votes will be slain or "ejected."
  • After the player has been ejected the vote ends and the round continues as it was until a body is found.
  • The innocents can only win by voting out all the traitors.

    Requirements

    You must have the two required addons subscribed to in order for it to work as it includes the skin and the original Randomat 2.0 for it to work.

    ULX Menu support

    If you have the Randomat ULX menu addon you can add the Among us Randomat to it. To do this you need to:

  • Decompile the Randomat ULX menu addon using gmad.exe
  • in your Garrysmod addons folder go to garrysmod/addons/randomat_2.0_ulx_menu_1627728002/lua/ulx/xgui/randomat.lua
  • Copy and paste this into the lua script where it would come alphabetically:

  • Save the lua file and now it should be possible to activate the event through the ULX menu

    Possible future updates (feel free to discuss in the suggestions topic)

    -Looking into adding the among us sound track being played throughout the round instead of silence
    -Looking in to remove all dead bodies after a vote
    -Looking into a better voting GUI (more similar to the actual game one)

@[LS] Mr J Hey, is it OK if I include a modified version of this in my randomat mod with added improvements, fixed bugs etc.? Of course I'll give you credit.

sumprerc if it dosent work please make a comment in issues/bugs with any errors you are having. Also please make sure that you have all the depencies
