Wars of the Gods-Double Recruitment Time sub mod by Bran Mac Born

Changes the recruitment time of most units from one turn (3 months) to two turns (6 months). Makes the Grand Campaign a bit more strategic. Can be use with any other sub mod EXCEPT Double Build and Costs sub mod as that already has this mechanic. MUST LOAD BEFORE MAIN MOD and BEFORE any other difficulty mods. This is Save Game Compatible.
