Project Infinite's rail and misc tweaks

DISCLAIMER: This mod was entirely made and packed by V.Berlioz at my request, and given to me to upload.
All credits/praise goes to him and his awesome modding skillz. (with a z)

Description:
This mod does two things:
1. Adds rail compatibility to a few PI weapons.
2. Tweaks the PI weapon weights to fit more vanilla/standard values.

This mod has been made standalone from the previous combined mod, focusing on Project Infinite and its cool weapons.

The rail compatibility part makes all Pinf weapons use RHS equipment, since my group uses RHS.
